  I visited this McDonald's during their grand re-opening week after going through rennovations. The staff were nice, and the updated building was gorgeous, but they seemed to be more focused on using their new ordering kiosk than good quality custoner service. It was disappointing to continually be redirected back to a machine to order when the whole reason I came in was to order face to face with a person. And when I asked if I could just order at the counter the staff told me that they were to use the machine from now on, but she'd be more than happy to help me if I was having difficulty using it. I used the ordering kiosk twice while I was there, and it functioned fine, giving choices on everything possible when ordering down to what ingredients were on each burger & what dipping sauces I wanted with the chicken tenders. Next time I go in, it would just be nice to order face to face. If I wanted to use technology to order & pick up my food, I would have placed a mobile order.
